The Sony Starvis IMX462LLR-C is a low-light optimized CMOS image sensor designed for surveillance and industrial camera applications. Featuring a diagonal 6.46 mm (Type 1/2.8) optical format, this sensor has a square pixel array of 1920 x 1080 pixels and operates with analog 2.9 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V triple power supplies. The IMX462LLR-C achieves high sensitivity and low dark current, ensuring clear images even in challenging lighting conditions. It supports a high frame rate of 120 fps, making it suitable for fast-moving subjects in low-light environments. The sensor features a rolling shutter with variable charge-integration time and comes in a compact LGA package with 110 pins. Its excellent performance in low light makes it ideal for surveillance cameras, traffic monitoring, and other applications requiring high-speed image capture.
