FSM-IMX811 is a ready-to-use 247 MP large-format sensor module built on the Sony IMX811. It removes the hardest parts of large-format design - board flex, thermal drift, power-rail ripple, and SLVS-EC signal integrity - delivering consistent ultra-high-resolution imaging for metrology, wafer and defect inspection (AOI), and large-format scientific capture. Camera-side module without optics; pair with matched large-format optics and evaluate with the FSM-IMX811 XX1 development kit.
