The Sony IMX477AAPK-C is a compact 12.3 MP sensor with advanced stacked CMOS technology for high-speed imaging.

The Sony IMX477AAPK-C is a 12.3 MP CMOS image sensor designed with Sony's stacked CMOS technology, delivering high-speed image capture and excellent low-light performance. With a pixel size of 1.55 µm and a Type 1/2.3 sensor format, it operates at a maximum frame rate of 40 fps and includes an electronic shutter for precise exposure control. The sensor features a compact form factor and low power consumption, making it ideal for portable devices and industrial imaging applications. It offers both PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus) and MIPI output, ensuring smooth and fast data transfer.
