The RealSense™ Depth Camera D405 is a compact, short-range stereo camera that offers sub-millimeter depth accuracy for applications that require precise close-range 3D imaging. It captures depth data with a range of 7 cm to 50 cm, ensuring accuracy within +/- 1.4% at 20 cm. Featuring a global shutter and a resolution of 1280 x 720, the D405 is well-suited for tasks such as defect inspection, pick and place operations, and medical technology. It operates via USB3.1 and includes an IR-Cut filter to optimize performance under different lighting conditions. The camera is compatible with the Intel® RealSense™ SDK, enabling developers to integrate 3D sensing functionalities into various applications.
