The Framos HPSC4-E is a four-channel strobe controller developed to provide flexible, high-intensity lighting solutions for advanced imaging applications. Engineered for asynchronous and synchronized operations, it enables independent control of up to four LED light heads, each operating at up to 40A pulse current and 48V. This strobe controller integrates a digitally regulated buck and boost power supply delivering up to 120W per channel and is built for environments demanding rapid frame capture, high precision, and maximum brightness. Ideal for use in automated optical inspection, smart robotics, and industrial vision systems, the HPSC4-E supports trigger frequencies up to 50 kHz. Its compact and robust design includes opto-isolated inputs and outputs, ensuring electrical stability and noise immunity in industrial environments. With its ability to precisely control light timing and intensity, it helps achieve optimal image clarity under varied lighting conditions. Additionally, its advanced autosensing capabilities ensure optimal performance and safety by adapting to the connected illumination devices’ limits. This makes the HPSC4-E a comprehensive solution for lighting control in complex multi-camera or multi-light configurations.
