This kit includes a Sensor Driver Board, Interface Board, and a C/CS lens mount, allowing for flexible assessment of the sensor’s performance. The IMX990EVB-DBF, IMX990EVB-MCB, and IMXEVB-CUE3S components are also part of this kit, providing a versatile evaluation environment. Designed for high-sensitivity SWIR imaging across a wide wavelength range (0.4 µm to 1.7 µm), this sensor is ideal for applications such as semiconductor inspection, product sorting, and foreign material detection.
