The WHEC CIS GigE is a high-performance line scan Contact Image Sensor leveraging 10GigE connectivity for ultra-fast image transfer and real-time industrial inspection. Built to deliver precise, distortion-free imaging across standard and custom scanning widths, this CIS solution is ideal for continuous web inspection and industrial quality control. Supporting single-line configurations for both monochrome and color outputs, it integrates easily into machine vision systems using the GenICam standard. Available resolutions range from 100 to 1200 dpi, offering exceptional detail even at high throughput. The system also supports multiple lighting options, including white and RGB sources, and customizable working distances from 8 to 29.3 mm. With scanning speeds up to 529 m/min for mono and 176 m/min for color, the WHEC CIS GigE is a robust choice for inspection tasks in printing, packaging, and production monitoring. Its 10GigE interface ensures low latency, high bandwidth data transmission, making it well-suited for AI-based analytics and high-speed automation environments.
