Description

The WHEC CIS CoaXPress is a high-resolution Contact Image Sensor system optimized for high-throughput industrial inspection using the CoaXPress 1.1/2.0 standard. Engineered for performance and versatility, it offers scanning widths from 18 to 3000 mm, customizable to meet various production requirements. This line scanner delivers high-quality, distortion-free 1:1 imaging with resolutions up to 1200 dpi, ensuring precision in applications such as foil, textile, and lithium-ion battery inspection. The sensor supports both monochrome and color scanning at high speeds—up to 540 m/min for mono and 486 m/min for color—backed by robust image acquisition and flexible lighting configurations (White, R, G, B). Its GenICam compliance ensures straightforward integration into machine vision systems. The CIS CoaXPress is ideal for environments where image quality, speed, and data throughput are critical. Its compatibility with modern machine vision infrastructure and configurable scan settings make it an excellent choice for advanced quality assurance and inline inspection systems.
