The IMX675-AAMR-C is a 5.12 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with rolling shutter technology, optimized for high-resolution, fast-frame-rate security camera applications.

The Sony Starvis 2 IMX675-AAMR-C is a 5.12 MP monochrome CMOS image sensor specifically developed for high-performance security cameras. Featuring a diagonal 6.53 mm (Type 1/2.8) optical size and 2592 x 1944 pixel resolution, this sensor provides sharp, detailed monochrome images even in challenging lighting conditions. Its 2.0 µm pixel size and rolling shutter design ensure high sensitivity and smooth video capture with minimal distortion. The IMX675-AAMR-C operates at up to 80 fps, making it suitable for dynamic security applications where real-time image capture is essential. The sensor supports triple power supply operation (analog 3.3 V, digital 1.1 V, interface 1.8 V) and has low power consumption, making it efficient for long-term surveillance. Packaged in a durable ceramic LGA format with 114 pins, this sensor is built to withstand demanding industrial environments.
