The IMX664-AAMR1 ES is a 4.16 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with high sensitivity, ideal for security camera applications requiring high-speed, low-light performance.

The Sony Starvis 2 IMX664-AAMR1 ES is a 4.16 MP CMOS image sensor tailored for advanced security camera applications. With a diagonal 9.02 mm (Type 1/1.8) optical format and a 2704 x 1540 pixel array, this sensor ensures detailed image capture at high resolutions. Its 2.9 µm pixel size provides enhanced sensitivity, making it highly effective for both day and night surveillance. The sensor operates with analog 3.3 V, digital 1.1 V, and interface 1.8 V triple power supplies, ensuring efficient power usage. Equipped with a rolling shutter and an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time, the IMX664-AAMR1 ES delivers smooth, distortion-free video output even in dynamic environments. Its 90 fps maximum frame rate further supports high-speed surveillance applications, capturing every moment with clarity. With monochrome output and MIPI interface, this sensor is ideal for security systems requiring high sensitivity and precision in low-light conditions.
