Product Overview
The IMX535AAMJ1-RG is a 12.42 MP color CMOS sensor with a global shutter, optimized for high-speed imaging in industrial and ITS applications.
The Sony IMX535AAMJ1-RG is a high-performance 12.41 MP global shutter CMOS image sensor designed for monochrome industrial imaging applications. Built on Sony’s advanced Pregius S technology, it combines a 1/1.1-type (14.0 mm diagonal) square pixel array with 2.74 μm pixel size, delivering sharp, high-sensitivity monochrome images with exceptionally low noise and no motion distortion.
With support for resolutions up to 4096 × 3000 pixels, the sensor achieves maximum frame rates of 184 fps (10-bit) at full resolution. It also offers versatile readout options, including all-pixel scan, subsampling, 2 × 2 FD binning, ROI, and inverted readout modes-making it highly adaptable to a wide range of machine vision requirements.
The IMX535AAMJ1-RG is the removable seal glass variant of the IMX535-AAMJ, ideal for systems requiring specialized optics or environmental modifications. It supports wide analog/digital gain control (0–48 dB), multiple output interfaces (SLVS and SLVS-EC), and delivers superior light efficiency with a typical sensitivity of 14,510 Digit/lx/s.
