3.21 MP SWIR image sensor with SenSWIR pixels for material and biological imaging applications.

The Sony IMX993-AABJ is a 3.21 MP SWIR image sensor optimized for infrared imaging in industrial, medical, and scientific fields. Utilizing Sony’s SenSWIR pixel architecture, it offers high sensitivity across the 1-2.5 µm spectrum with 3.45 µm pixel size and supports global shutter for sharp capture of moving targets. It provides consistent, high-resolution performance for inspecting materials, detecting thermal anomalies, or monitoring biological processes. This compact sensor is compatible with C-mount lens systems and supports efficient integration into SWIR camera modules. With reduced noise and high-speed response, the IMX993-AABJ is an ideal solution for applications requiring clarity and precision in the SWIR band.
