Product Summary

24.55 MP global shutter CMOS sensor for high-speed, high-resolution industrial and 3D imaging.

The Sony IMX935-AMJ is a high-resolution CMOS image sensor with a 19.3 mm (Type 1.2) diagonal and 24.55 million effective pixels, featuring a square pixel array and a global shutter architecture for distortion-free imaging. Designed for high-speed capture and industrial imaging, the sensor supports variable charge integration and operates with a robust quadruple power supply (3.3 V, 2.9 V, 1.1 V, 1.8 V). It provides excellent low-light performance, with low dark current ensuring clear, high-contrast output even under challenging lighting conditions. The IMX935-AMJ is optimized for use in factory automation cameras and 3D imaging systems that require accurate, high-resolution data. The global shutter enables real-time motion capture without smearing, making it suitable for dynamic inspection tasks and robotics. This sensor is ideal for engineers designing precise, fast-responding vision modules for industrial and embedded applications.
