12.41 MP CMOS sensor with global shutter and low dark current for 3D and embedded vision applications.

The Sony IMX926-AQJ is a 12.41 MP CMOS sensor with a 14.0 mm (Type 1/1.1) diagonal and a square pixel array, engineered for industrial and 3D vision imaging applications. The sensor features a global shutter with variable charge-integration time, enabling accurate and distortion-free image capture of moving objects. Operating with a 3.3 V, 2.9 V, 1.1 V, and 1.8 V power setup, it provides excellent power control and system flexibility. With its low dark current and high sensitivity characteristics, the IMX926-AQJ delivers reliable performance in both bright and dim environments. It is particularly well-suited for use in compact factory automation cameras and 3D stereo vision setups, supporting integration into embedded designs where precision and form factor are critical. Offering a balance of resolution, noise performance, and timing control, this sensor meets the demands of modern machine vision systems.
