The Sony IMX925-AQJ is a 24.55-megapixel CMOS image sensor designed for advanced machine vision and 3D imaging tasks. Featuring a 19.3 mm diagonal (Type 1.2) and a square pixel array, it supports global shutter readout with variable charge integration, enabling precise capture of fast-moving objects without distortion. This sensor operates on a versatile quadruple power supply (3.3 V, 2.9 V, 1.1 V, and 1.8 V), enhancing flexibility for system design and power management. With high sensitivity and low dark current, the IMX925-AQJ is ideal for low-light performance in industrial settings. It enables high frame rate operation and consistent image quality, making it suitable for factory automation cameras, 3D vision sensors, and motion inspection systems.
