Product Overview

24.55 MP industrial CMOS sensor with global shutter and optimized power efficiency for 3D and FA vision.

The Sony IMX925-AQJ is a 24.55-megapixel CMOS image sensor designed for advanced machine vision and 3D imaging tasks. Featuring a 19.3 mm diagonal (Type 1.2) and a square pixel array, it supports global shutter readout with variable charge integration, enabling precise capture of fast-moving objects without distortion. This sensor operates on a versatile quadruple power supply (3.3 V, 2.9 V, 1.1 V, and 1.8 V), enhancing flexibility for system design and power management. With high sensitivity and low dark current, the IMX925-AQJ is ideal for low-light performance in industrial settings. It enables high frame rate operation and consistent image quality, making it suitable for factory automation cameras, 3D vision sensors, and motion inspection systems. Optimized for integration into compact embedded vision modules, this sensor supports sophisticated imaging workflows while minimizing artifacts and ensuring sharp, high-contrast outputs.
