The IMX567AAMJ-C is a 5.1 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with global shutter, optimized for high-speed industrial imaging.

The Sony Pregius S IMX567AAMJ-C is a high-performance CMOS sensor with a global shutter, providing 5.1 MP resolution (2472 x 2064 pixels). Designed for high-speed industrial imaging, it features a 1/1.8 inch diagonal size (8.8 mm) and a pixel size of 2.74 x 2.74 µm, enabling precision capture in factory automation (FA) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). The IMX567AAMJ-C operates with a quadruple power supply (analog 3.3 V, 2.9 V, digital 1.1 V, and interface 1.8 V) for efficient power management. It supports a frame rate of up to 96 fps, making it ideal for high-speed imaging applications. The sensor uses the MIPI interface for fast data transfer and leverages Sony’s 4th Generation Pregius S technology to ensure high sensitivity, low noise, and low dark current characteristics. This sensor excels in high-speed industrial environments, offering exceptional image quality even in low-light conditions.
