Product Overview

The IMX566AAMJ-C is an 8.13 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with global shutter, designed for industrial FA and ITS applications.

The Sony Pregius S IMX566AAMJ-C is an 8.13 MP CMOS sensor optimized for high-performance industrial applications, such as factory automation (FA) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). Featuring a diagonal size of 11.1 mm (Type 2/3) and a pixel array of 2856 x 2848, this sensor captures high-resolution monochrome images with high sensitivity and low noise. The IMX566AAMJ-C is equipped with a global shutter, enabling distortion-free imaging of fast-moving objects, with a frame rate of up to 62 fps. Its 2.74 x 2.74 µm pixel size ensures excellent sensitivity, while its low dark current guarantees superior performance in low-light conditions. This sensor operates with a quadruple power supply (analog 3.3 V, 2.9 V, digital 1.1 V, and interface 1.8 V), offering low power consumption and MIPI interface support for fast and efficient data transfer. Part of the 4th Generation Pregius S series, the IMX566AAMJ-C provides a balance of high-speed, high-resolution performance ideal for demanding industrial environments.
