Product Overview

The IMX565AAMJ-C is a 12.42 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with a global shutter, ideal for FA and ITS applications.

The Sony Pregius S IMX565AAMJ-C is a 12.42 MP CMOS image sensor designed for industrial applications such as factory automation (FA) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). With a diagonal size of 14.0 mm (Type 1/1.1) and a square pixel array of 4128 x 3008, this sensor delivers high-resolution monochrome imaging. Featuring a global shutter, the IMX565AAMJ-C enables distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects with a frame rate of up to 42 fps. The 2.74 x 2.74 µm pixel size ensures high sensitivity and low dark current, providing excellent image quality in both bright and low-light conditions. The sensor operates with a quadruple power supply (analog 3.3 V, 2.9 V, digital 1.1 V, and interface 1.8 V), making it highly efficient in terms of power consumption. It supports MIPI interfaces for fast and efficient data transfer, and as part of the 4th Generation Pregius S series, it offers a perfect balance between speed, sensitivity, and image quality.
