Product Overview

The IMX547AAMJ-C is a 5.1 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with global shutter, designed for high-speed industrial and ITS applications.

The Sony Pregius S IMX547AAMJ-C is a high-performance 5.1 MP CMOS sensor designed for industrial applications such as factory automation (FA) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). With a diagonal size of 8.8 mm (Type 1/1.8) and a square pixel array of 2472 x 2064, this sensor ensures high-resolution imaging for precision tasks. Featuring a global shutter, the IMX547AAMJ-C offers distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects with a frame rate of up to 122 fps. The pixel size of 2.74 x 2.74 µm ensures high sensitivity and low dark current, providing excellent image quality even in low-light conditions. This sensor operates with a quadruple power supply (analog 3.3 V, 2.9 V, digital 1.1 V, and interface 1.8 V) and supports SLVS and SLVS-EC interfaces for efficient data transmission. As part of the 4th Generation Pregius S series, it combines advanced sensitivity and speed, making it ideal for a range of industrial and ITS applications requiring high-speed, high-resolution imaging.
