Product Summary

The IMX545AAMJ-C is a 12.42 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with global shutter, designed for high-speed, high-resolution industrial imaging applications.

The Sony Pregius S IMX545AAMJ-C is a high-resolution, high-performance CMOS sensor featuring a global shutter and 12.42 MP resolution (4128 x 3008 pixels). This sensor is equipped with a diagonal size of 14.0 mm (Type 1/1.1) and a pixel size of 2.74 x 2.74 µm, providing precise imaging for industrial applications such as factory automation (FA) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). With a frame rate of up to 68 fps, the IMX545AAMJ-C offers high-speed capture capabilities while maintaining excellent image quality. The global shutter technology ensures distortion-free images of fast-moving objects, making it ideal for high-speed environments. This sensor operates with a quadruple power supply (analog 3.3 V, 2.9 V, digital 1.1 V, and interface 1.8 V) and supports both SLVS and SLVS-EC interfaces, enabling efficient data transmission. The 4th Generation Pregius S technology further enhances the sensor’s performance with high sensitivity, low dark current, and reduced power consumption, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial imaging applications.
