Product Overview

The IMX530AAMJ-C is a 24.55 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with a global shutter, optimized for high-speed industrial and machine vision applications.

The Sony Pregius S IMX530AAMJ-C is a cutting-edge 24.55 MP CMOS sensor designed for industrial and machine vision applications. With a diagonal size of 19.3 mm (Type 1.2) and a pixel array of 5328 x 4608, it delivers exceptional image quality with high resolution and detail. This global shutter sensor captures fast-moving objects without distortion, making it ideal for applications in factory automation (FA) and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). The IMX530AAMJ-C features high sensitivity and low dark current, ensuring excellent performance in low-light environments. Operating with a quadruple power supply (analog 3.3 V, 2.9 V, digital 1.1 V, and interface 1.8 V), it supports high-speed data transmission through SLVS and SLVS-EC interfaces. With a pixel size of 2.74 x 2.74 µm, it achieves a frame rate of up to 106 fps, making it suitable for high-speed imaging applications. The sensor’s 4th Generation Pregius S technology ensures high-speed and precision, delivering reliable results for demanding industrial environments.
