With a diagonal size of 7.81 mm (Type 1/2.3) and a resolution of approximately 25.69 megapixels, this sensor features a stacked architecture that enables efficient signal processing while minimizing power consumption. It is well-suited for a wide range of imaging applications, from consumer electronics to industrial vision systems.

The IMX511-AALJ-C employs a color square pixel array with a resolution of 5215 x 4927 pixels, each measuring 1.12 x 1.12 µm. This enables the sensor to capture highly detailed images, making it ideal for still photography where image clarity is crucial. The 12-bit digital output ensures that the sensor can produce high-definition image signals, allowing for excellent image quality in both still and moving picture modes.

One of the standout features of the IMX511-AALJ-C is its ability to handle high-speed image capture. It supports 60 frames per second (fps) for video applications, with the option for horizontal and vertical binning as well as subsampling readout.
