The Sony IMX433LLJ-C is a high-performance 0.51 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with global shutter technology, designed for ITS and industrial imaging applications.

The Sony Pregius IMX433LLJ-C is a 0.51 MP monochrome CMOS sensor optimized for industrial imaging applications, including intelligent traffic systems (ITS) and factory automation (FA) cameras. It features a diagonal size of 9.2 mm (Type 1/1.7) and a pixel array of 816 x 624, delivering high-sensitivity and precise monochrome images. The sensor is equipped with a global shutter, which ensures distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects, making it ideal for low-speed machine vision and ITS applications. With a pixel size of 9 x 9 µm, the IMX433LLJ-C offers superior sensitivity, particularly in low-light conditions. This sensor operates using a triple power supply (analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V), ensuring low power consumption and stable performance. The SLVS interface allows for high-speed data transfer, and with a frame rate of up to 160 fps, this sensor is perfect for applications requiring real-time imaging and monitoring. The IMX433LLJ-C is housed in a robust LGA package with 226 pins, designed to withstand challenging industrial environments and ensure long-term durability.
