Product Summary

The Sony IMX429LLJ-C is a 2.86 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with global shutter technology, ideal for industrial imaging and traffic systems.

The Sony Pregius IMX429LLJ-C is a 2.86 MP monochrome CMOS sensor designed for industrial imaging applications, particularly factory automation (FA) and intelligent traffic systems (ITS). It has a diagonal size of 11.0 mm (Type 2/3) with a pixel array of 1944 x 1472 and utilizes a global shutter to eliminate motion distortion. With a pixel size of 4.5 x 4.5 µm, the sensor delivers excellent sensitivity, making it effective in low-light environments. The IMX429LLJ-C supports a frame rate of 90 fps, allowing for rapid image capture, ideal for applications requiring real-time processing and fast-moving object detection. It operates with a triple power supply (analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V) to ensure low power consumption, while maintaining high sensitivity and low dark current. The SLVS interface offers high-speed data transmission, and the durable LGA package ensures long-lasting reliability. This sensor is especially suited for use in ITS, low-speed machine vision, and various industrial automation applications, where both high-speed imaging and precision are critical.
