Product Summary

The Sony IMX426LLJ-C is a high-speed 0.51 MP monochrome CMOS sensor featuring a global shutter for industrial imaging applications.

The Sony Pregius IMX426LLJ-C is a 0.51 MP monochrome CMOS sensor designed for industrial imaging applications such as factory automation (FA) and intelligent traffic systems (ITS). It features a diagonal size of 9.2 mm (Type 1/1.7) with a pixel array of 816 x 624, delivering clear, high-quality monochrome images. The sensor is equipped with a global shutter, enabling distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects. Its pixel size of 9 x 9 µm ensures high sensitivity, making it ideal for low-light conditions and demanding industrial environments. Operating with a triple power supply (analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V), the IMX426LLJ-C achieves low power consumption and high sensitivity, along with low dark current and low PLS (Parasitic Light Sensitivity) characteristics. The sensor also supports high-speed imaging with a frame rate of up to 540 fps, making it perfect for applications requiring rapid capture and analysis. The SLVS interface ensures fast data transmission, while the durable LGA (ceramic) package ensures reliability in challenging conditions.
