Product Summary

The IMX367LLA-C is a 19.66 MP monochrome CMOS sensor with a global shutter, ideal for FA and ITS applications.

The Sony Pregius IMX367LLA-C is a 19.66 MP monochrome CMOS sensor tailored for industrial and traffic monitoring systems. With a diagonal 21.6 mm (Type 4/3) optical format and a pixel array of 4432 x 4436, it captures high-quality monochrome images with precision. Featuring a global shutter, this sensor eliminates motion distortion, making it ideal for applications requiring fast-moving subject capture such as FA cameras and ITS cameras. The IMX367LLA-C operates on a triple power supply of analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V, achieving high sensitivity, low dark current, and low PLS characteristics. Its pixel size of 3.45 x 3.45 µm ensures sharp and clear images even in low-light conditions. Supporting up to 28 fps, this sensor is packaged in a robust housing, ensuring reliability for long-term industrial use.
