The IMX335LQN-D is a high-sensitivity 5.14 MP CMOS sensor designed for surveillance, FA, and industrial imaging applications.

The Sony Starvis IMX335LQN-D is a high-sensitivity CMOS image sensor designed for surveillance, FA (Factory Automation), and industrial camera applications. It features a diagonal 6.52 mm (Type 1/2.8) optical format and a square pixel array of 5.14 million effective pixels. This sensor operates with analog 2.9 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V triple power supplies, ensuring low power consumption. The IMX335LQN-D utilizes Sony’s ExmorR technology, providing high sensitivity, low dark current, and no smear, even in low-light conditions. It is equipped with an electronic shutter that offers variable charge-integration time, ensuring precise image capture. With a resolution of 2616 x 1964 pixels and a frame rate of 60 fps, this sensor delivers high-speed performance and excellent image quality. The adoption of R, G, and B primary color mosaic filters allows for accurate color reproduction. The sensor is housed in a compact BGA package with 88 pins, making it suitable for integration into various imaging systems in industrial and surveillance environments.
