Product Summary

The IMX307LQR-C is a versatile 2.07 MP CMOS sensor optimized for surveillance, FA, and industrial cameras, delivering excellent image quality and low power consumption.

The Sony Starvis IMX307LQR-C is a high-performance CMOS image sensor with a diagonal 6.46 mm (Type 1/2.8) optical format and a pixel array of 2.07 MP. This sensor is optimized for surveillance, FA, and industrial camera applications, offering high sensitivity and low power consumption. Featuring Sony's Starvis technology, it delivers excellent image quality, even in low-light conditions. The IMX307LQR-C operates with triple power supplies (analog 2.9 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V) and integrates an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time, ensuring precise control over exposure times. Its rolling shutter design supports smooth video capture at 60 fps, with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The adoption of R, G, and B primary color mosaic filters helps achieve high-quality color reproduction with low noise and dark current, making it suitable for environments where image clarity is critical. This sensor is housed in a compact LGA ceramic package with 110 pins, making it easy to integrate into a wide range of camera systems.
