Product Summary

The IMX304LLR-C is a 12.37 MP monochrome CMOS sensor offering global shutter functionality for precise and high-speed industrial imaging.

The Sony Pregius IMX304LLR-C is a high-performance 12.37 MP monochrome CMOS sensor that integrates cutting-edge global shutter technology for industrial imaging applications. With a diagonal 17.6 mm (Type 1.1) optical size and a resolution of 4112 x 3008 pixels, this sensor ensures accurate and high-quality imaging for machine vision and traffic surveillance systems. Its 3.45 x 3.45 µm pixel size allows for excellent sensitivity and dynamic range, while its low dark current and low PLS characteristics ensure superior performance even in low-light environments. The global shutter eliminates motion artifacts, enabling distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects. The IMX304LLR-C operates at a frame rate of 23.3 fps and is built for low power consumption, utilizing a triple power supply (analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V). The sensor comes in a reliable LGA 226-pin package, making it ideal for industrial automation, ITS (intelligent transport systems), and other demanding imaging applications. It supports LVDS output for high-speed data transmission, ensuring efficient integration in industrial environments.
