The Sony IMX265LQR-C is a high-performance CMOS image sensor designed for demanding industrial applications such as machine vision cameras, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) cameras, and barcode scanner cameras. This Type 1/1.8 sensor provides a resolution of 3.19 megapixels (2064 x 1544), offering detailed image capture with minimal noise thanks to Sony's Pregius global shutter technology. Available in both monochrome and color versions, the IMX265 is well-suited for a wide variety of imaging tasks.

With a pixel size of 3.45 µm, the IMX265 provides high sensitivity and low dark current, ensuring high-quality images even in low-light conditions. The sensor also features a built-in 12-bit A/D converter, enhancing the precision of image capture and delivering superior grayscale and color accuracy. Additionally, its low parasitic light sensitivity (PLS) contributes to the clarity and quality of captured images.

Operating at a frame rate of 55.6 fps in full resolution, the IMX265 is capable of high-speed imaging, making it ideal for applications such as automated inspection, traffic monitoring, and barcode scanning.
