The Sony Pregius IMX255LLR-C is a high-resolution 8.95 MP CMOS image sensor, designed for advanced industrial imaging and traffic surveillance applications. This sensor features a diagonal 1-inch (Type 1) optical format with a square pixel array of 4112 x 2176 pixels. The global shutter function eliminates image distortion when capturing fast-moving objects, making it ideal for environments requiring precision and speed. With a pixel size of 3.45 µm, the IMX255LLR-C delivers high sensitivity and low dark current, making it suitable for low-light conditions. The sensor supports a maximum frame rate of 93.7 fps, ensuring high-speed data capture for applications in intelligent transportation systems (ITS), factory automation (FA), and other industrial settings. It operates with LVDS data transmission for fast and efficient data handling. Additionally, this sensor shares pin compatibility with the IMX253LLR/LQR, simplifying system design and integration.
