The IMX250LLR-C is a high-performance 5.07 MP monochrome global shutter CMOS sensor designed for precision industrial imaging applications.

The Sony Pregius IMX250LLR-C offers a 5.07 MP monochrome global shutter CMOS sensor with high-speed performance and excellent image quality. Featuring a diagonal 11.1 mm (Type 2/3) optical format and a 3.45 µm pixel size, this sensor is designed for industrial applications where high sensitivity, low power consumption, and low dark current are essential. The IMX250LLR-C operates with three power supply voltages: analog 3.3 V, digital 1.2 V, and interface 1.8 V, ensuring efficient operation. It delivers up to 100 frames per second and features an LVDS interface for high-speed data transmission. The high saturation capacity and high-speed performance make it ideal for demanding applications such as factory automation (FA) cameras and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). With the Pregius technology, this sensor guarantees accurate image capture without motion blur, making it highly suitable for fast-moving subjects in industrial environments.
