The HDPYX 300 FSI Mono is a 3 MP CMOS sensor with front-side illumination, featuring a 120 dB linear dynamic range and low read noise (2.6 e-). Its pixel architecture offers flexible shutter operations, including rolling, global, and global low-noise modes, making it highly adaptable for various imaging needs. The sensor's NIR sensitivity and 10 µm pixel size provide excellent performance for scientific and industrial applications. The HDPYX 300 is available in a ceramic package, with customization options like backside illumination, custom color filters, and hyperspectral versions for specialized applications.
