Product Overview

Compact monochrome sensor module with Sony IMX297 0.4 MP Global Shutter CMOS sensor, ideal for high-speed grayscale imaging.

The FSM-IMX297M-000-V1A is a monochrome sensor module featuring the Sony IMX297 0.4 MP Global Shutter CMOS sensor in a compact 26.5 mm x 26.5 mm module. With a large pixel size of 6.9 x 6.9 µm, it offers excellent sensitivity and low-light performance, making it ideal for applications requiring precise grayscale imaging. The module supports a MIPI CSI-2 interface with up to 1 data lane, enabling high-speed data transmission at frame rates up to 120 fps.

As part of the FRAMOS Sensor Module Ecosystem, this module offers flexible compatibility with various processing platforms through optional FRAMOS Sensor Adapters (FSA) and Processor Adapters (FPA). The standardized Software Pack includes reference drivers for selected platforms, such as NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2 and Jetson™ AGX Xavier™, simplifying integration and development.

Everything needed to start capturing images is available off the shelf, allowing immediate evaluation upon assembly. For optimal results, FRAMOS recommends purchasing the FSM and the platform-specific Development Kit (Devkit). Learn more about our Embedded Image Sensor Ecosystem.
