Product Overview

Compact color sensor module with Sony IMX283 20.2 MP Rolling Shutter CMOS sensor, ideal for high-resolution imaging applications.

The FSM-IMX283C-000-V2A is a color sensor module that incorporates the Sony IMX283 20.2 MP CMOS Rolling Shutter sensor into a compact 26.5 mm x 26.5 mm board. With an optical format of 1 inch and a pixel size of 2.4 x 2.4 µm, it delivers high-resolution color images suitable for applications requiring exceptional detail and clarity. The module supports a MIPI CSI-2 interface with up to 4 data lanes, ensuring efficient data transmission for high-resolution imaging.

As part of the FRAMOS Sensor Module Ecosystem, this module offers flexible compatibility with various processing platforms through a range of adapters. Optional FRAMOS Sensor Adapters (FSA) provide a standard interface to FRAMOS Processor Adapters (FPA), allowing seamless integration with proprietary platforms. The standardized Software Pack includes reference drivers for selected platforms like NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2 and AGX Xavier™, simplifying software development.

Everything needed to start capturing images is available off the shelf, allowing immediate evaluation upon receipt and assembly. For optimal results, FRAMOS recommends purchasing the FSM and platform-specific Development Kit (Devkit). Learn more about our Embedded Image Sensor Ecosystem.
