Product Overview

Starvis 2 sensor with 2.12 MP resolution for low-light, compact surveillance applications.

The Sony IMX832-AQR1 is a 2.12 MP CMOS image sensor designed for compact and energy-efficient security camera applications. With a diagonal of 6.45 mm (Type 1/2.8) and built on the Starvis 2 platform, this sensor delivers enhanced low-light performance, low noise, and high dynamic range. It features a square pixel array with RGB primary color filters, an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time, and operates with a triple power supply (3.3 V analog, 1.1 V digital, and 1.8 V interface). Ideal for security surveillance systems, it offers consistent image quality in varying lighting conditions, ensuring reliable monitoring around the clock. The sensor supports low power consumption while maintaining exceptional clarity, making it perfect for smart home devices, door cameras, and indoor/outdoor monitoring systems.
