High-speed Contact Image Sensor for precision inspection with Camera Link Base and Full support.

The WHEC CIS Camera Link is a high-speed, high-precision Contact Image Sensor system designed for demanding line scan applications across a range of industries. Available in both Camera Link Base and Full configurations, this scanner delivers distortion-free, 1:1 image acquisition across customizable scanning widths from 18 mm up to an impressive 6000 mm. It provides accurate, high-resolution imaging ideal for web inspection and surface analysis. Engineered for flexibility, it supports integrated or external lighting, multiple color sources (White, R, G, B, IR, UV), and resolutions up to 1200 dpi. The system is optimized for industries requiring meticulous inspection such as battery production, foil and textile manufacturing, printing, and quality control of optical security features. With selectable working distances and scanning speeds adapted to monochrome and color operations, this CIS module is an optimal choice for high-speed and high-accuracy applications. Thanks to its precision and configurability, it delivers exceptional image quality with minimal setup complexity, making it a preferred solution in modern machine vision environments.
