The IMX675AATN-C is a 5.12 MP CMOS sensor with RGB filters, designed for security cameras requiring high-speed, low-light video capture at 80 fps.

The Sony Starvis 2 IMX675AATN-C is a 5.12 MP CMOS image sensor specifically designed for security camera applications requiring high-resolution video capture. With a diagonal 6.53 mm (Type 1/2.8) optical size and a 2608 x 1964 pixel array, this sensor delivers clear and sharp images at 80 fps, making it ideal for fast-moving scenes in security and surveillance environments. Its 2.0 µm pixel size ensures high sensitivity and excellent low-light performance, which is further enhanced by the RGB primary color mosaic filters. The IMX675AATN-C features a rolling shutter and an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time, ensuring smooth video capture with minimal distortion. Operating with an efficient triple power supply (analog 3.3 V, digital 1.1 V, interface 1.8 V), this sensor consumes low power, making it highly suitable for continuous surveillance systems. Packaged in a durable BGA package with 60 pins, the IMX675AATN-C is ideal for high-performance security applications where reliability, low-light performance, and fast frame rates are critical.
