The Sony IMX542AAQJ-C provides fast, high-resolution global shutter performance for industrial and ITS imaging.

The Sony IMX542AAMJ-C is a 16.19 MP global shutter CMOS image sensor optimized for industrial and ITS camera applications. With a diagonal size of 16.8 mm (Type 1.1) and a square pixel array of 5328 x 3040 pixels, it delivers exceptional image quality and high-speed capture with low noise. The global shutter technology ensures no motion blur, while the 52 fps frame rate supports fast, dynamic processes. The IMX542AAMJ-C features Sony's Pregius S technology for improved sensitivity and reduced dark current. Operating with multiple power supplies (3.3V, 2.9V, 1.1V), the sensor is compatible with SLVS and SLVS-EC interfaces for high-speed data output. Its compact LGA package (21mm x 20mm) makes it suitable for integration into a wide range of applications, including factory automation and intelligent traffic systems.
