The Sony IMX533CQK-D is a high-performance CMOS image sensor designed for applications requiring detailed image capture and high-speed output, such as professional photography, surveillance, and industrial imaging. With a diagonal size of 15.968 mm (Type 1 inch) and approximately 9.07 million effective pixels, the sensor delivers exceptional image quality, making it ideal for use in environments where precision and clarity are critical.

The IMX533CQK-D features a resolution of 3011 x 3011 pixels with a large pixel size of 3.76 x 3.76 μm, enabling excellent light sensitivity and image clarity even in low-light conditions. The sensor includes a 36 dB PGA circuit and a 14-bit A/D converter, allowing it to capture high-quality images with low noise. The 14-bit digital output supports high-speed readout of 9.07 M effective pixels at 26.9 frames per second (fps) in still picture mode. Additionally, the sensor can output 12-bit digital data at a much faster rate of 63.6 fps, making it suitable for high-speed applications.
