The IMX265LLR-C is a 3.19 MP monochrome CMOS sensor, ideal for machine vision, factory automation, and barcode scanning applications.

The Sony Pregius IMX265LLR-C is a high-performance 3.19 MP monochrome CMOS image sensor designed for machine vision, factory automation, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS). This sensor features a diagonal 8.9 mm (Type 1/1.8) optical size and a pixel array of 2064 x 1544 pixels, offering detailed image capture with high sensitivity and low noise. With a global shutter, the IMX265LLR-C eliminates motion blur when capturing fast-moving objects, making it ideal for high-speed industrial imaging applications. Its 3.45 µm square pixels ensure excellent sensitivity and low dark current, enabling the sensor to perform well in both bright and low-light environments. Supporting a maximum frame rate of 55.6 fps, this sensor is optimized for real-time data processing, making it suitable for barcode scanners, ITS cameras, and other industrial applications. The IMX265LLR-C operates with triple power supplies and uses LVDS for fast and efficient data transmission. Packaged in a 226-pin LGA, this sensor offers robust performance and reliability in a compact form factor, making it an excellent choice for demanding industrial environments.
