The Sony IMX990-AABJ-C is a versatile 1.31 MP SWIR sensor, offering high-speed imaging and low power consumption, perfect for industrial inspection tasks.

The Sony IMX990-AABA-C is a cutting-edge CMOS image sensor designed for applications that require high sensitivity across a broad waveband, from visible to short-wave infrared (SWIR). With a diagonal size of 8.2 mm (Type 1/2) and a resolution of 1.31 megapixels (1296 x 1032), this sensor is ideal for precision imaging tasks such as product sorting, semiconductor inspection, and remote observation.

The IMX990-AABA-C features a global shutter with variable charge-integration time, ensuring accurate and distortion-free capture of fast-moving objects. This global shutter technology is essential in industrial applications where precision and speed are critical. The sensor also supports high-speed image capture at 120 frames per second (fps), making it ideal for real-time inspection and observation tasks.
