Product Overview

The DSL163A-NIR-F1.8 lens is optimized for 4K resolution and HDR, without an IR cut filter, making it suitable for NIR imaging.

The DSL163A-NIR-F1.8 is an ultra-low F/# hybrid lens designed for near-infrared imaging applications. With an effective focal length (EFL) of 7.9 mm and a fast aperture of F/1.8, this lens is optimized for 4K resolution and HDR imaging in NIR environments. It is specifically designed for use with 1/1.8” sensors and does not include an IR cut filter, allowing for higher sensitivity in near-infrared light. The lens features M12x0.5 threading and a durable aluminum barrel, providing long-lasting performance in industrial or scientific imaging systems. Its 8.7 mm image circle supports resolutions up to 8 MP, making it an excellent choice for high-precision imaging where IR cut filters are not required. Key Features: Hybrid lens without IR cut filter, designed for 1/1.8” sensors. Effective focal length of 7.9 mm. Fast aperture of F/1.8. Supports 4K resolution and HDR optimization. M12x0.5 threading. Aluminum barrel construction. Image circle: 8.7 mm. Technical Specifications: EFL: 7.9 mm. F/1.8 aperture. Up to 8 MP resolution. Image circle: 8.7 mm. No IR-cut filter. The DSL163A-NIR-F1.8 is ideal for applications requiring high-resolution imaging in near-infrared environments without the need for IR filtering.
