The IMX535AAQJ-C is a 12.42 MP color CMOS sensor with a global shutter, optimized for high-speed imaging in industrial and ITS applications.

The Sony IMX535AAQJ1-RG is a high-performance 12.41 MP global shutter CMOS image sensor designed for industrial and intelligent traffic applications. Featuring Sony’s advanced Pregius S technology, it delivers outstanding image quality with high sensitivity, low noise, and distortion-free capture, even in fast-moving environments.

With a 1/1.1-type (14.0 mm diagonal) square pixel array and 2.74 μm pixel size, the IMX535AAQJ1-RG supports resolutions up to 4096 (H) × 3000 (V), ensuring sharp, detailed images. The sensor achieves frame rates up to 184 fps (10-bit) in full resolution and offers flexible readout modes including all-pixel scan, ROI, and subsampling for system optimization.

As a removable seal glass variant of the IMX535-AAQJ, this model is particularly well-suited for applications requiring custom optics or specialized environmental adaptations. Its wide range of analog and digital gain control (0–48 dB) and versatile SLVS/SLVS-EC output interfaces make it an excellent choice for integration into factory automation cameras, ITS systems, and other high-speed machine vision platforms.
