If any problems occur with your sensor solutions, your camera or frame grabbers, it is our endeavor to find a solution. Our Technical Support has many years of expertise and will work with you to solve any n technical problems. Whether configuration support, repair or return, we will work together with you.
However, should a return of a product become necessary, the next steps are as follows:
- You will receive a case-specific RMA number and a returns form.
- Please send the item along with the completed returns form to our Technical Support. The address can be found on the form.
- After receiving your product, we will thoroughly investigate the causes for the problems experienced by you.
- Through the entire processing, we will keep you informed about the progress.

If the investigations cannot be performed directly by our Technical Support team, the item may be returned to the manufacturer. This may cause a delay in the processing and solving of your case. However, we constantly strive to identify the technically and commercially ideal solution for you.
