Description

The Sony IMX990-AABJ EVB-Kit provides a robust evaluation environment for the 1.31 MP SWIR CMOS sensor, designed for use in industrial imaging tasks such as product sorting, foreign material inspection, and semiconductor testing. This evaluation kit includes a sensor driver board, interface board, and C-mount lens mechanism, allowing for flexible and accurate sensor performance testing. The sensor operates with a global shutter and wide waveband sensitivity (0.4 µm to 1.7 µm), ensuring high sensitivity and low noise. With an uncooled design, this kit offers high frame rates of up to 120 fps, making it ideal for high-speed imaging applications. Its low dark current and low power consumption contribute to its efficiency in demanding environments, while its 5 x 5 µm pixel size allows for enhanced detail and precision. This kit is well-suited for engineers and developers aiming to optimize SWIR sensor performance in industrial settings.
