Description

The FSM-IMX662C-000-V1A is a high-performance color sensor module featuring the Sony IMX662 2.4 MP CMOS Rolling Shutter sensor on a compact module. With a native resolution of 1965 x 1113 pixels and a pixel size of 2.9 x 2.9 µm, this sensor module delivers exceptional image quality suitable for various high-resolution imaging applications. The optical format of 1/2.8 inch ensures a balance between image detail and compact design, making it ideal for space-constrained environments.

The module utilizes a MIPI CSI-2 interface with up to 4 data lanes, supporting frame rates up to 97.8 fps, which facilitates high-speed image capture and processing. As part of the FRAMOS Sensor Module Ecosystem, the FSM-IMX662C-000-V1A offers seamless compatibility with multiple processing platforms through a wide range of adapters. Optional FRAMOS Sensor Adapters (FSA-FT26) establish the standard interface to FRAMOS Processor Adapters (FPA), allowing connection to various proprietary processing platforms. The standardized Software Pack includes reference drivers for selected platforms, such as NVIDIA® Jetson™ TX2, Jetson™ AGX Xavier™, and Jetson™ AGX Orin™, streamlining integration and reducing development time.

Designed for immediate evaluation, all necessary components can be purchased off the shelf, enabling developers to quickly assemble and begin capturing images. FRAMOS recommends pairing the FSM-IMX662C-000-V1A with the platform-specific Development Kit (Devkit) to maximize performance and ease of use.
