FRAMOS has been at the forefront of embedded vision solutions since 1981. From our early roots as a sensor distributor, we have grown into a manufacturer and leading provider of complete vision systems. No longer acting as a distributor, FRAMOS designs and delivers high-quality, reliable imaging components and solutions that power innovation across industries. We specialize in everything from sensor selection and AI-powered vision platforms to custom hardware design and full-scale production support, ensuring our clients’ success every step of the way.

Dr. Andreas Franz

CEO

Andreas Franz, PhD, has been the CEO of FRAMOS since 2007. He is deeply involved in the strategic direction of FRAMOS and oversees all major group investments and initiatives. Andreas holds a PhD from Ludwig Maximilian University and has studied at MIT and the University of Berkeley.

Helke Grund

Chief People & Organization Officer

Helke Grund is responsible for global people topics, including talent acquisition, development, and leadership. She joined FRAMOS in 2006 and brings significant leadership experience in scaling global teams. Helke holds a diploma in Imaging Science and is also a qualified photographer.

Michael Zehender

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Zehender manages the financial, operational, and legal departments. Prior to joining FRAMOS, he worked as an auditor for Price Waterhouse Coopers and held leadership positions in finance at Voith, a global engineering company.
